"ACTUS"has been founded by four participants of business consulting companies which are taking action in Greece and abroad since 1992, as business consultants.

It concentrates the operational and corporate experience in the following sectors:

• Planning and management of training alternative forms
• Organisms and persons certification procedures
• Marketing and sales
• Information and communication technologies management
• Human resources management and development.

"ACTUS" takes action in tertiary economic sector and particular in the business organization and development of private and public sector, by providing ad hoc global services that cover a large spectrum of an actual company needs.

‘'ACTUS'' branch offices in Athens are accommodated in a 130 m² area in the city center.

Services

A) DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

1) Development and application of training and evaluation innovator systems:

• Development of simulative training systems (S.T.S.) by using retroactive and multimedia technologies
• Development of simulative evaluation systems (S.E.S.) of personal sustained addresses (f.ex. drivers of public transports etc)
• Collaboration with development relative knowledge centers abroad for developing and implementing S.T.S. and S.E.S. and for their adaptation in the Greek area needs.
• Collaborations with centres of growth of corresponding know-how of abroad for the growth and application of P.S.E and P.S.A and their adaptation in the needs of Greek space.

2) R & D services in the food industry.

• Market research.
• New product development.
• Production process planning and testing.
• Identification and modification of production equipment.
• Market launching of new product.

B) HUMAN RESOURCES

Companies staff and professional training.

1) Professional competence certification of persons in determinate professional areas:

• Accredited training is provided in different order of professionals.
• Use of training and evaluation innovator systems.
• Edition of recognized professional competence certificates.

 

2) Business training in ACTUS activities scope.

Training is addressed to:

• Consultants and trainers.
• Business staff.

C) MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

1) Support to companies and organisms by developing, implementing and auditing :

• Quality management systems in according to the norm EN ISO 9001:2000.
• Quality management systems for the medical technology products in according to the norm EN 46000.
• Quality management systems for testing and calibration laboratories in according to the norm ΕΝ 45000/ ISO 17025. More technical support are offered for studying and implementing the Good laboratory Practice (GLP) rules.
• Food safety management systems (HACCP) in food companies in according to the norm ISO 22000, ΕΛΟΤ 1416, AGRO 1.1,1.2, BRC, IFS.
• Environment management systems in according to the norm ISO ΕΝ ISO 14001 and the EE ecological management and control regulation EMAS.
• Occupational health & safety management systems in according to the norm ISO ΕΝ OHSAS 18001 ή BS 8800. As well as, studies for evaluating occupational risks are elaborated.
• Global management systems for the agricultural production in according to the norm ΕΝ AGRO 2.1, 2.2. και the EurepGAP protocol.

2) Substantive scientific and technical support to companies and organisms.

1. Continuous support for as long as time it is judged essential:
   • in order to implement, follow up and improve Quality Management System.
   • in order to implement, follow up and improve the HACCP system and the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules in food industries, catering, restaurants, candy stores, hotels, hospitals, clinics, super markets chains etc.
2. Design and planning of installations for the food industry according to the specifications.
3. Technical support to companies for products certification by creating and submitting technical folders:
   • in order to obtain CE label
   • in order to obtain European Ecologic Label ECO-LABEL
